Ricardo & Kendra Francois
Haiti Network Leaders
Ricardo and Kendra Francois have been serving the body of Christ since 1997. Kendra moved to Haiti as a missionary with her family in 1986. Ricardo met Kendra while he was a student in her father’s Bible Training Ministry School in 1996. They were married three years later in Haiti. Together, they served as worship leaders and cell leaders in the church Kendra’s father started, Legliz Kay an Kay (House to House Church). During a four year stay in Sarasota, FL, they joined Restoration Fellowship and took classes at Cornerstone Bible Institute. In 2010, after a major earthquake in Haiti, Ricardo and his family moved back to help their devastated community recover and to pastor Legliz Kay an Kay.
In addition to pastoring, Ricardo began itinerate ministry throughout the remote villages in Haiti using the Ministry School Bible Training course in 2011. Their passion is to see a generation of Haitians loving God and loving people. They seek to disciple believers, raise up leaders and encourage the body of Christ to have an intimate relationship with Jesus.
Due to extreme political unrest in Haiti, Ricardo now serves as Senior Pastor of Restoration Church at Landstown in Virginia Beach, VA, as well as overseeing Legliz Kay an Kay in Haiti and the Bible Training Ministry School. They long to see revival here in America. Through worship and the Word, they seek to create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit has room and space to move.
In addition to Cornerstone Bible Institute, Ricardo has also graduated from Rhema Bible School and The School Of Ministry.
Ricardo and Kendra have three beautiful children; Priscilla (living in Lancaster, PA), Ryan, and Alissa.
Pastor Robert & Jaqueline Simeon
Maison de Transformation Ambassadeur Du Royaume - MAITAR (The House of Transformation of Kingdom Ambassadors.)
Ptr. Robert and his wife Jacqueline have been working with RNI since 2012, when they and Ptr. Ricardo first met, who has since been mentoring Ptr. Robert about ministry in many different ways. The couple are bona fide Kingdom people, as they have since been working hard to spread the word further across their community. We are proud to have them as part of the RNI family.
Pastor Renau Pierre Menard & Wife Forgeas Marie Claudette Menard
Eglise de Dieu Sourse d’Espoir d’Haiti (Church of God Source of Hope for Haiti)
A truly Kingdom-minded servant, Ptr. Pierre has been in contact with Ptr. Ricardo and RNI since 2017. Through the help of many missionary teams from the United States, Ptr. Pierre has been able to build a better home for his family, as well as a church for his community. In 2020, they started a school within the church to further help their community; with the help of ministry friends in Georgia, RNI, through Ptr. Ricardo, has started to support the school with a small donation each month.
Pastor Narcisse Jean & Wife Ronize Saint Sauveur Jean
Église Évangélique des Sauvés de Jésus Christ (Evangelistical Church of the Saved Saints/Saved Saints Church)
Ptr. Ricardo has known Ptr. Jean since before he was called to ministry, and even before he was a transformed Christian. Through Ptr. Jean’s changed life, we can testify what happens to someone who truly meets the Lord. He and Ptr. Ricardo did some business together before the latter moved to Florida in 2004. When Ptr. Ricardo returned to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, Jean helped him with a number of matters concerning ministry. In 2013, Jean felt the call of the Lord on his life; he was working with two other churches before he planted his own. We are grateful to count him, and his congregation, as part of our RNI family.
Pastor Blackwell & Jessica Dumerzil
Legliz Kay an Kay Carrefour
Ptr. Blackwell is the administrative pastor in Legliz Kay an Kay Carrefour. He came to join the RNI ministry back in 2011. Ptr. Blackwell is a talented musician, and teaches music for his congregation. They say you can never teach a vision, because vision is caught - and we have witnessed Ptr. Blackwell’s work as a visionary leader. We could not be more proud to have a couple like Blackwell and Jessica be on the field, extending the work of the kingdom.
Pastor Ernst Joseph & Wife Marie Paulicienne Joseph
Eglise De Dieu De La Dernière Heure (Church of the Last Hour)
We could not be more honored to have Ptr. Ernst as part of the RNI family. Ernst & Paulicienne have served as lead pastors at Eglise de Dieu de la Dernière Heure since 1996. They have 9 children. For many years they have faithfully served the Kingdom in many ways. Ptr. Ernst has raised and mentored many young leaders throughout his years as God’s faithful servant - Ptr. Ricardo Francois among them.
What’s Happening In the Region?
Bible School
The team in the Caribbean is working hard to train and equip new pastors and leaders in a very tumultuous time. The start of true leadership is familiarity with scriptures and understanding of their context. To this end, we have an intensive bible school to connect people to the word of God and start the leadership process.

Growth to other nations
Some special things that happen when the world changes are that people are moved to new areas. With all the struggle in Haiti, pastors are having to move out due to economic issues and instability. Massive populations of Haitians are moving to new parts of the world one of those places is the Dominican Republic. We are considering starting a number of churches in those areas.
